Workshops focus on understanding the many facets of communication and which type works best for situations involving colleagues, clients or prospects. Dependent on the objectives of the session, the workshops can be as short as 2 hours or a full day. The shorter, overview workshop can accommodate more participants (up to 30) while the longer workshops work better with a smaller group (15 or less). All workshop participants take at least one assessment prior to the session. Workshops are a great way to introduce the concepts of different communication styles and how to develop techniques that improve receptiveness.
