Team Building

Team Building is specific coaching and learning for a small group of senior managers who want to take their productivity and communication to another level.  Through individual and team assessments, we discover communication gaps, time wasters, and better methods for the team to work effectively together toward company objectives.  After an understanding of the team’s goal is clear, assessments are completed.  We meet individually with each team member in 1 or 2 sessions and with the team as a whole in 1 or 2 sessions.  While the focus is on internal team dynamics, the learning will also be applicable to external communication with clients, prospects, and vendors.
