With over 35 years of business management experience, Debbie has developed and led three start-up companies in the home health care business growing them to robust and profitable $3-4 million businesses before selling. She held senior executive positions in 2 pediatric hospitals including Chief Operating Officer of a pediatric rehabilitation hospital and managed care plan for children with disabilities located in Washington, DC. The combined entities had revenues of over $70 million and 350 employees. She started her TAB business working with the owners and management teams of small to mid-sized privately held companies in 2007. In 2017, she reinvented Watchwood Consulting Group, Inc. to assist senior management teams and leaders with improving communication skills and eliminating unnecessary and costly misunderstandings in the workplace.
Debbie has an undergraduate degree from Mt. Holyoke College and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. She started her career in small business banking in New York City before relocating to Baltimore and moving into the health care industry. She is the mother of 3 “millennials” and has been married to a fellow Darden grad for 37 years. They live in Bethesda, Maryland.
